■ What is the Elderly Preparation Service?
It is a public service that helps people prepare for their old age by providing counselors who specialize in financial, health, leisure, and interpersonal relationships.
- Finance: Customized financial planning and financial information on pensions, insurance, etc.
- Health: Provides information on health practices such as healthcare, disease prevention, and stress relief.
- Leisure: Provides leisure information such as traveling, continuing education, hobbies, and volunteerism.
- Interpersonal: Provides interpersonal information such as healthy ways to communicate, counseling organizations in the community, etc.
Who can receive the program?
Anyone in Korea who is concerned about preparing for retirement can receive free retirement preparation counseling!
What are the services offered?
- Diagnosis: A preliminary diagnosis of your current level of financial preparedness.

- Counseling: Customized counseling service to compensate for weaknesses in finance, health, leisure, and interpersonal relationships based on diagnosis results
- Linkage to related organizations: A service that connects you with specialized services from other organizations if you need additional counseling in finance, health, leisure, and interpersonal relationships.
- Follow-up management: A service that periodically checks the action goals selected during counseling and provides continuous support through additional counseling and information.
- Education: A service that provides various information on retirement preparation through customized lectures by professional lecturers by topic.
Where can I get retirement preparation services?
- You can receive retirement preparation services at the nearest local retirement preparation center (40 branches of the National Pension Service*, 9 local governments**).
