Book-reading robot rental service launched, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, South Korea

과기정통부, 연구 현장에서 기술사업화의 미래를 찾다
대한민국영어신문 관리자 기자 | 과학기술정보통신부 유상임 장관은 2월 21일 한국생산기술연구원에 방문하여 로봇인지제어연구실, 생명과학 로봇공학(바이오로보틱스)연구실 등 연구시설을 둘러보고, 생기원 구성원, 전문가들과 함께 소재･제조 분야 기술사업화 현장간담회를 개최했다. 간담회에서 생기원은 소재･제조 기술 특성상 사업화를 위해서는 소재개발 → 공정개발 → 활용 및 제품화에 이르는 공급망 관점의 기술사업화 모형 구축이 필요하다며, ‘친환경(에코)알루미늄’ 사례를 소개했다. 이어서 생기원은 출연(연) 간 연계를 강화하고, 유망 새싹기술을 지속 발굴･육성할 계획을 밝혔다. 또한, 지역 특화센터에 인공지능･디지털 복제(AI･디지털트윈) 등 디지털 기술을 접목하여 기업이 기술을 시험하고 실증할 수 있도록 기술사업화 지원 기능을 강화할 예정이다. 더불어, 생산기술의 혁신 거점으로써 자리매김하고, 지역 및 기업과의 협업을 기반으로 기술사업화를 선도한다는 포부를 밝혔다. 발표 이후, 연구기관, 전문기관 및 민간 기업의 대표가 소재･제조 분야의 기술･산업 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 기술사업화 지원 방안을 마련하기 위한 논의가 이어졌다. 금일 논의된 내용은 과기정통부가 올 3월에
